Tertiary Degree preferably in Marketing
Preferably an IMM
Previous experience in a medical company in a sales and marketing environment.
Proven product management experience
Previous experience with orthopedic products an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining the following Key Contacts in his/her department:
?Specialists reconstruction
? ? Doctors with an influence in products marketed/sold by the company
? Regional and National Key Opinion Leaders.
? Tender authorities to drive the line of products
? The formulation and implementation of short, medium and long term strategic plans for brands relating to:
? positioning in the market
? new product usage applications
? new market opportunities
? competitive yet profitable pricing
? successful promotion against competition.
? Preparing and coordinating the training of new staff and existing staff in product knowledge relating to those brands under the manager’s control, as well as competitive products.
? Providing input into annual sales budget process.
? Checking and monitoring, on an ongoing basis.
? Controlling and managing stock. -
