PRODUCT MANAGER - Northern suburbs, Western Cape
This position will be ideal for Actuarial student who has completed all A100 and A200 series subjects and some of the other subjects.

Responsibilities:
• Management of all aspects of smooth bonus investment products, including recommendation of monthly bonus declarations to the Head of Investments.
• Manage the implementation of statutory reporting requirements of investment products.
• Implementation of new investment products developed by Product Development team.
• Assist management in analyzing, supplying and translating information on investment products.
• Review and develop solutions in order to improve the resolution of technical queries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Offer specialized assistance on projects within area of accountability, including product development.
• Ensuring seamless implementation of new business on existing products.
• Report on the performance of products within area of accountability.

In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for managing a small team. This requires delegation, review and analysis of work, and ensuring appropriate development opportunities for staff.

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 years relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Employee Benefits investment products, in particular smooth bonus products.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
• High attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
