Your key job responsibilities as the Product Specialist: Global Payments Business in Cape Town will include:

• Managing and overseeing the Product legal, Product Development and Clients Account services departments
• Managing, motivating and developing the individual teams to optimize outputs and manage relationships efficiently
• Initiate and support organizational transformation and change in order to successfully implement new initiatives and deliver on service delivery commitments across different markets
• Manage relationships with key business stakeholders (Internal and External)
• Create and innovate opportunities for additional revenue streams
• Identify areas for performance improvement and develop appropriate action plans for coaching and development
• Ensure product development processes are optimized
• Identify and implement policies and procedures that will improve deliverables
• Manage change / variations in a manner that enhances gross profits on projects
• Communication to relevant stakeholders with regards to specific products
• Project Planning signoff for new products and processes
• Produce internal & external product project progress reports in accordance with agreed content and agreed timelines
• Report on the status of the product project at monthly project review meetings

Requirements for this Product Specialist: Global Payments Business job in Cape Town:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in as Business Development Manager in an online payment processing environment
• Minimum of 6 year’s leadership experience
• Proven ability to achieve multiple targets and manage multiple priorities
• Proven experience in optimizing processes and procedures
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Innovation, Business Analysis and/or associated qualification
