Qualified Earthmoving / Diesel Artisan with extensive Dump Truck experience (mechanical and electrical) AND a qualification in Facilitation Skills Program, required to provide effective support for all Dump Truck machinery to clients and Dealers, and to up-skill all delegates through effective training.

Minimum requirements:
• Earthmoving / Diesel Trade test and qualification essential
• Mechanical Engineering Certificate advantageous
• Facilitation Skills Program qualification essential – accreditation as an instructor highly beneficial
• Dump Truck experience – mechanical and electrical – essential
• Comprehensive technical knowledge essential
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record essential
• Valid passport and willing to travel

Responsibilities:
• Advice, support and training on mechanical and electric drive trucks
• Trouble shooting
• Compile and administer FIR and warranty claims
• Assist with handover of new and used machines
• Attend OEM seminars on new product releases and technical training courses
• Conduct technical training courses for Dealer’s technical staff and customers on request
• Support Dealers and customers in foreign countries on request
• Coordination meetings
• Plan and manage projects as and when required
• Issue product up-dates and service bulletins and track progress
• Maintain and enhance corporate and customer liaison
