This position will be accountable to the Marketing Lead to develop and implement Group Strategy and Plans.

Responsibilities:
Implement long-term product and technical development strategy and processes across the group
Collaborate with other divisions to identify and devise potential new capital investments
Execute product delivery and improvement strategies to optimise product costs.
Lead team to identify and improve margin and production efficiency following the timelines and business strategy
Provide development programmes to build a competitive teams
Identifying and building strategic external relationships with raw material and equipment suppliers
Develop a complete new consumer range of adult incontinence products.


Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Packaging Technology, Packaging Science
Broad technical background with technical and product development experience ideally in categories relevant to Paper, Adult-Care, Diapers,would be advantageous
Developing packaging solutions for environmental friendly/ sustainable packaging materials and or disposable home care products would be an advantage
6yrs in an industrial environment of which minimum 3yrs in product development
