EXP IN STEELMAKING PROCESS (MELTING, REFINING, CASTING)
RESPONSIBLE FOR OPTIMISING, CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVING PRODUCTION PROCESSES
Adhere to QCDSM (quality, cost, delivery, safety and morale) framework
Business KPIs are met, improved
Functions include overseeing three shift production teams
SHEQ compliance
Standards + cost-effectively executing production activities
Metallurgical processes through reporting, analysing, monitoring, product quality
Trails, ensuring implementation of corrective actions.
Able to handle stress, shows excellent attention to detail when dealing with high volumes of data and employs strategic and analytical ability to coach professional and skilled team members
Proactive, self-driven team player who is able to work independently, has high SHEQ standards
Excellent communication, planning, organising skills
Strong leadership, good judgement, management skills
Strong business acumen are of the utmost importance
