Requirements:
Production Management qualification
At least 5 years’ manufacturing experience in the field of automotive components, with fibre glass being an advantage
Must be highly computer literate ability to work with interruptions
Proven track record in meeting production and project deadlines
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
Highly assertive (not aggressive)
Strong conflict resolution skills
