We are looking for a Production Manager for our client whom is a global Engineering / Manufacturing group – Epping – Cape town

The Production Manager needs to have +4 years Production Managerial exp in a heaving engineering/ manufacturing factory and a Diploma in Production management

The Production Manager is responsible for but not limited to the following:
• Ensure that the full capacity of the plant is utilized by planning and managing production activities
• The Production Manager will determine daily production targets, maintain the administration system and implement/maintain the Safety, Health and Environmental policy in the department
• They will ensure that quality output targets are met, manage and motivate human capital to achieve production objectives by providing effective coaching and leadership

Requirements
• Matriculated (Grade 12) and National Diploma in Production Management.
• At least Four years work experience as a Production Manager / or Charge hand in a manufacturing factory
• The successful candidate will be assertive, resilient, analytical, ethical and have strong leadership ability
• They will have a goof working knowledge of ISO 9001 and be strong in MS Office package (MS Word, MS Excel)
