Production Manager - Expanded Polystyrene Production Plant
(Process Manufacturing - WCM)

We are looking for a person with WCM, 5S, SAP and Process Manufacturing Management experience to take on the responsibility of the Production Manager at a EPS Plant in Springs..

The Production Manager will be responsible for all Production related activities at the plant.

Please only apply if you satisfy ALL of the following:
Must have at least a NATIONAL DIPLOMA in MECHANICAL or CHEMICAL ENGINEERING (A Degree will be beneficial).
Must have experience with WCM principles for at least 3 Years.
5S Methodology essential.
Must have strong Union Involvement experience.
Must have strong Management experience.
At least 3 Years' experience in a Process Manufacturing Environment as Management.
ISO9001 and ISO14001 experience.
Must be proficient in SAP.
Drivers license and Own transport.
RSA Citizen.
No Criminal Record

Remuneration bracket is R550k - R650k PA and will be based on the Candidate's experience and qualification level.
