Responsibilities
Stock Management – Raw and Finished
Staff Management
Daily reporting to the MD on Production and Planning
Management of Shrinkage/Waste
Management of House Keeping
Overseeing the Producing and Manufacturing of all products – from beginning to end
Ensure factory Manufacturing targets and deadlines are achieved
Quality Control Management
Health and Safety Management
Overseeing Daily Deliveries
Control of Material sent to and collected from Suppliers
