Production Manager FMCG

Academic:
• Grade 12, Degree in engineering, oracle knowledge, and experience.
• Awareness of ISO international standards and systems.

Behavioral:
• Analytical and problem-solving ability, ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and service orientated skills.
• Planning skills with a high degree of control to complete items quickly and efficiently.

Experience:
• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in a 24/7 running plant.
• 3 years of management/supervisory experience with manufacturing proactive Management, activities (TPM, TOC. WCM).
