Seeking Production/Marketing Coordinator for company based in Sandton.

•Liaise with CEO and directors, support by way of presentations, layouts etc.
•Proof reading, proposals and standardisation of layout and language.
•Update & maintain all company templates
•Coordinate, compile & design company newsletter
•Assist with conferences (booking/coordinating etc.)
•Assist with the coordination of all company functions
•Coordinate all client gifts & marketing material (quotes / design / order )
•Assist with all staff & client services (dry cleaning / lunch scheme etc.)

Minimum Requirements:

•Strong graphics & layout knowledge
•Ability to develop and design templates in PowerPoint, Word and Excel (Advanced level in PowerPoint is essential)
•Excellent communication skills
•Must be good at relationship building
•Able to work alone and within a team
•Works well under pressure and with tight deadlines
•A sharp, willing individual with an eye for detail
