Responsibilities:
Manage all production processes within the department
Manage all staff in the department
Manage and ensure optimum production
Assist in managing fixed and variable costs
Manage and apply discipline amongst teams
Drive continuous improvement

Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification
At least two years management experience in production processes
Relevant experience in production management in an FMCG food and beverage environment
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Prepared to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours when required.
