KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPA’s)

1. Supervise production area of over 30 staff
2. Quality Assurance and hygiene requirements

EXPERIENCE
1. Recognised Engineering/Production qualification - must be a full qualification not short courses
2. Diploma in Production / Operations Management (advantageous)
3. MUST HAVE 5 YEARS MIN SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE GAINED WITH IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT
4. Excellent computer skills in MS Office
5. Knowledge of manufacturing practices and related policies, procedures and regulations
6. Knowledge of quality concepts, policies, procedures and auditing requirements (ISO)
7. Knowledge of machinery specifications, capacity and common causes of equipment failure
8. Knowledge of and compliance with applicable statutory requirements (BCEA / OHSACT)
9. Good communication skills in both oral and written modes
10. Good interpersonal and counseling skills
