Leading FMCG food brand is seeking a Production Supervisor / Team Leader to join their team.
You will be responsible to co-ordinate daily activities of the team, production, maintenance and continuous improvement whilst respecting the highest standard of product quality, safety and equipment efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Understanding of equipment operation
• Computer literacy – MS Office, OEE, SACCO and other programs
• Team leadership and people management
• Plan and organize
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• Managing and leading a team to achieve production objectives
• Engaging with other departments to meet company objectives

Requirements:
• Grade 12 with mathematics
• 2 Years’ experience in the FMCG environment
• Knowledge of production processes, asset care and/or quality control / food technology
• Able and willing to work shifts
• National Diploma – advantageous:
? Production Management
? Quality Control / Quality Management
? Engineering / Millwright / Fitter and Turner / Electrical
? Food Science / Food Technology
? Leadership / Supervisory qualification or experience in leadership / supervisory role will be an advantage
