Responsibilities:
Drive productivity
Address staff related issues within the team
Ensure Quality Assurance is adhered to
Control inputs and outputs with regards to manufacturing and packaging process
Establish continuous improvement practices and instill consistent discipline within the shifts
Coordinate shift meetings
Manage shifts
Ensure product is manufactured to specification
Ensure product losses are within budget
Manage Planned vs Actual daily on the line
Daily reporting and problem solving
Control fixed and variable cost on a daily basis

Requirements:
3-5 experience in FMCG beverage industry
Must be prepared to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and overtime
Will be required to handle light to medium loads from time to time
Knowledge of WMS, Entropy and Pragma System
