Professional Contracts Manager (Buildings)

A multi-disciplinary Construction firm with over 25 years’ experience is seeking to employ a Professional Contracts Manger (Buildings) to be permanently based in Johannesburg. The successful candidate should be professionally registered with the SACPCMP as a Professional Contracts Manager

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must have a BSc. Degree in Building Sciences/ Construction Management
Must have 10 - 12 years post qualification experience on large commercial and residential building projects of which at least 5 years of experience gained in a Contracts Manager position.
Must be registered with SACPCMP as a Professional
Must have a proven track record of having managed teams.
Must have relevant construction related systems knowledge. (Buildsmart, CSS, etc.)
