Project Administrator

Main purpose of the job
To contribute to the smooth running of the Image Project by providing HR and financial support in compliance with WHC policies and regulations. This includes but is not limited to HR and financial administration, project administration and office administration.

Location
Rosebank - Johannesburg

Key performance areas
Coordinate HR related administrative functions of the project
Facilitate staff recruitments, appointments and contractual matters
Manage employees leave
Track staff performance assessment
Gather all information on cost incurred and request invoices from debtors
Reconcile all invoices and ensure that all relevant signatures are obtained for payment of invoices
Send all invoices, payment requisitions and reconciliations to WHC bookkeeper for payment
Provide financial support by preparing payments and managing creditors
Provide projects and office administrative support
Ensure all queries are resolved efficiently

Required minimum education and training
A Diploma in a relevant field, preferably Office Administration. Experience in use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel

Required minimum work experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a general office environment. Experience in HR and financial administration.

Additional education, work experience and personal abilities
Knowledge of WHC systems would be an added advantage. Attention to detail and sense of accuracy. Sound customer and service orientation.
Friendly, helpful, Professional and perseverant. Able to manage and prioritise time to various tasks simultaneously. Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team.
Self-motivated with a high regard for work ethic, value and integrity. Good command of English, verbally and in writing.
