Project Administrator - Rivonia

Role Purpose:

To play an integral role in developing packages, managing event projects and acting as a conduit between
media owners (stations) and Internal in order to ensure clients receive maximum value for their sponsorships.
Working as a part of the Business Development team with core focus on Events. The Project Executive will be the
Internal representative responsible for implementation and co-ordination of the process alongside media
owners (stations) from beginning to end including a detailed post campaign analysis.

Description of role requirement:
? To extract and formulate station IP/Event plans into sellable internal sponsorships that will best assist the sales team in
realising Event targets per station
? Initiate; capture and distribute feedback on all IP Event initiatives in the market
? To work closely with Sponsorships & Promotions in order to receive timeous schedules / costings on all tiers of IP events and
multi-channel packages
? To be the Inetrnal Implementation Specialist on all Events and Multi-Channel packages requiring the project management
of such campaigns, on behalf of Advertisers/Account managers
? Co-ordinate and structure proactive presentations – content solution by incorporating LAB42 into the project management
plan.
? Create PowerPoint presentations in conjunction with the Business Development team for regular sales training and high quality
Post Campaign Analyses.
? Identify Event and Multi-Channel campaigns that can be utilised to build a bank of case studies
? Provide Trade Marketing with all necessary information in order for them to update and maintain the Internal APP for the
division
? To liaise with stations and Internal Trade Marketing departments to ensure that VIP and General Access tickets are
managed and distributed in an appropriate manner
? Open maintenance – regular updating of all sales related documents related to the division
? Build strong relationships and maintain regular contact with key stakeholders
? Monthly integrated team meetings with all stations to discuss opportunities
? Weekly/Monthly reporting and feedback on productivity (workflow) and revenue targets
? Quarterly Product Development meetings across the brands. Assist in the designing and implementation of new product suites
across brands relative to the division
? Any other ad hoc project as assigned by the department manager.

Qualifications:
Tertiary education in marketing/project management preferred
Valid driver’s license and own motor vehicle
