The administrator coordinates and manages all project aspects and phases, from planning to deliverable's. The Project Administrator oversees all of these elements to ensure a successful process and a completed project.

Oversee and perform project administrative functions - including, but not limited to:

- coordinating meetings and workshops
- managing diaries and appointments
- taking meeting minutes, compiling minutes and distributing the minutes
- project report preperation
- update and maintain project schedule (must have MS Projects experience)
- assist with preparing presentations
- communicate progress to team members
- prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- act as the point of contact for all participants
- assist with project budget tracking and management

Requirements:
- work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role
- hands-on experience with project schedules
- knowledge of project management software
- strong communication skills
- organization and time-management skills
- team player
