Manage the maintenance of project management methodology and processes, ensuring these remain current and are aligned to PMBoK and all associated standards; Work closely with the Risk Management and Internal Audit Divisions to ensure alignment of the methodology with applicable policies and processes; Develop and maintain a project quality assurance SOP that covers all aspects of the project management function; Develop methods to identify and report on challenges hindering or threatening the successful achievement of project deliverables (early warning); Ensure ongoing monitoring of the project compliance against project management methodology, standards, and procedures through ongoing and periodic reviews (project health checks); Oversee the Project Management Maturity Assessment Programme, including monitoring and reporting on progress
Facilitate, deliver and monitor training on project management methodology, standards and templates to staff in collaboration with Corporate Services; Provide project advisory services to business units as and when required.

Degree/Diploma in Project Management/Business Administration/ or equivalent; Certified Project Management Professional highly preferred; 5 – 8 years’ experience in project and programme management 3 of which should be at a Manager level; Minimum 5 years’ experience combining programme/project management and assurance experience; Member of the Project Management Institute.
