Knowledge and Skill

Grade 12 with excellent command of the English language – both verbal and written.

The ability to communicate in a second language (pref. African) will be an advantage

Strong administrative ability

Solid knowledge of South African Labour Legislation

Experience

5 Years’ working experience

Management or supervision of people (advantage)

Duties

• Handle HR and IR matters
• Management of Time & Attendance system
• Maintain company database and CRM system
• Recruitment and selection of high quality candidates that are well matched to various positions
• Planning and execution of predetermined Project plan in line with the highest standards
• Report writing
• Manage employees to maximise their performance
• Build sustainable relationships with various stakeholders – Internal and External

Must have own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
