PROJECT MANAGER (NEW STORES / REVAMPS / UPGRADES) - NELSPRUIT:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric
• A valid driver’s license and a valid passport
• Certificate/Diploma in Project Management
• Minimum 3 years retail industry experience specific to building merchant industry
MAIN DUTIES:
• Project management of new stores, revamps and upgrades
• High level of numeracy skills
• Knowledge and understanding of MS projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of building processes and the local property market
• Ability to build effective business relationships with all clients
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good financial and business acumen
• Must be goal driven and self-motivated
• Flexibility in terms of working hours and prepared to travel extensively throughout South Africa, Swaziland and Mozambique
SALARY PACKAGE:
• R20,000 - R30,000 + Car + Medical Aid + Provident Fund + 13th Cheques
