JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the General Manager, with functional report to the Strategic and Performance Assessment, will have the following responsibilities:
- Participate in the definition and monitoring of operational goals in South Africa and Namibia, as:
o Annual analysis of targets and performance parameters, reporting the operational activities, contributing to the minimization of operational risks and to the optimization of operational efficiency;
o Indicators validation and monitoring in order to assure costs control, on the softwares available in the company;
o Analysis of achievements;
o Reports of operational activities and results;
o Participation on the forecasts related to projects, operational activities and resources.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Degree in Economics, Finance or Management;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equivalent duties;
- Ability to work independently and participate on a highly dynamic team.
