Project Coordinator
(3 Year Fixed-term Contract)

Job Purpose

Responsible for maintenance of the project plan, maintenance and updating of a project website and provides administrative support to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.
2. Produces consolidated reporting to the Project Board or ICT Steering Committee including milestone summary, key issues, risks and benefits, summary of costs incurred.
3. Establishes standards, tools and procedures for use on the project, including Issue, Risk, Change and Information Management.
4. Manages the Project Library.
5. Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
6. Manages the support and provision of project tools and equipment.
7. Manages data security, software and license control.
8. Assists with the production of user documentation.

Key Requirements:
• Project Management Diploma or equivalent with at least one to two years’ experience in project management and coordination.
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to interact with peers and seniors.
• Computer literacy and competency in Microsoft Office.
• A team player who takes initiative.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately and well under pressure.
• Be familiar with the legal aspects for project management.
• Knowledge of Financial principles and project costs.
• A valid driver’s license
