OUTPUTS
•Facilitation of project kick off workshops
•Documentation of workshop outputs
•Project planning and facilitation strategic projects for the Operational Transformation goals
•Building project management competence and cultural acceptance in the organization
•Project dependency management
•Consolidate and review project timelines and budgets
•Flagging deviation from budget, timelines, resources and change elements
•Project, program level financial, KPI, dashboard reporting and management
•Setting the performance management framework for the PMO
•Manage document control and lessons learnt
•Manage stakeholder engagement
•Quality management
•Governance and reporting
•Subordinate development and supervision
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Commerce and Certificate in Project Management Professional
•Must have 5 to 8 years’ experience in leading projects
•Deep knowledge of relevant Project Management methodologies and approaches, example. Prince 2, PMBOK etc.
•Industrial equipment or mining experience would be an advantage
•Advanced use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
•Ability to meet deadlines
•Ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the organisation
•Accuracy and attention to detail
