An Engineering Degree/National Diploma in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical or Control with additional Project management training preferred. A min of 5-7 years project management experience in automotive component industry, with Plastic Injection moulding an advantage, knowledge of ISO TS 16949 and ISO 9001, MTM knowledge preferred. Strong people skills, been exposed to production and able to manage a project from initial roll-out through to the start of production.
