To provide specialist support for the implementation and ongoing use of the Sciforma Enterprise Project Management System.

Minimum Requirements
• Matric (higher grade maths)
• Diploma or equivalent in Project Management
• Experience using EPM on large scale projects
• Sciforma experience a major advantage
• Some software customisation experience would be an advantage

Key Responsibility Areas
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
• Train users to use Sciforma
• Mentor and assist Sciforma users across the company
• Develop, document and implement best-practise in project planning
• Provide project planning set-up advice to new projects
• Run the Sciforma help desk
• Assist with customization of the Sciforma user interface, workflows, reports and dashboards
• Complete Monitor and report on system usage
• Write end-users documentation and guides
