Must have experience with CCTV/security industry
PURPOSE OF FUNCTION.
The primary function of the project manager is to manage and coordinate all installations from start to finish.
To maintain communication to the client at all times during the project.
To assist clients with technical aspects ie. Training, setup, on the system installed.
To do get all documents signed for the project handover
To assist with sales, site assessments and quotations where needed.
The secondary function of the project manager is to assist with installations, if needed.

INTERNAL/EXTERNAL CONTACTS.
The Project Manager will liaise with the Service/Technical Department with regards to projects, site assessments and installations.
The Project Manager will liaise with the client and/or the client’s representative with regards to project dates, training and hand overs.
The Project Manager will liaise with suppliers/providers with regards to equipment and services.

JOB FUNCTIONS.
The Project Manager job functions will include but are not necessarily limited to the following;
Managing the Installation of projects
Installing, maintaining and updating software – where needed
Programming of DVR’s ,routers- where needed
Training (operators and clients)
Telephonic support for clients and other technicians
Managing the operations (repairs/installations) on a designated site.
Commissioning of systems on a designated site
Handovers to client
