BEng / BTech / NDip in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Professionally Registered with ECSA or SACPCMP
QS background will be advantageous


Skills & Experience:

Contract Management of various building construction projects

Planning and programming of building construction projects such as schools, office blocks, industrial buildings etc.

Handle all contract administration, tender documentation, claims, procurement, payments etc.

Oversee Site Agents, Foreman and workforce on construction site

Liaise and meet with consultants and clients

Fully proficient with MS Projects, Excel and Word. CCS.

Minimum 10 years’ experience
