A Group in Johannesburg is looking for a Fulfilment Manager (Project Manager)

Will be responsible for Operations, Process, People, Financial, Black Economic Empowerment

Operational
- Based on regional workload on open jobs for the year, plans for availability of subcontractor resources
- Develops an annual/ half yearly/ quarterly forecast for job closings, in collaboration with the regional managers and project managers.
- Publishes monthly forecasts and track achievements of the forecast.
- Responsible for supporting the regions on large projects – identifying subcontractors and other resources required, defining installation milestones, monitoring pre-post gaps,

Process
- Communicates and deploys new installations process in the field
- Ensures new employees are trained on process
- Plans and Audits NI jobs to ensure compliance to process
- Implements in the regions a uniform process for appointment and classification of sub-contractors (signing of contract, safety training, COC acceptance)

People
- Maintains database of NI subcontractors for JNB, with classification into A, B & C
- Approves new subcontractors based on criteria
- Works closely with the training manager to ensure training and certification of subcontractors and fitters

Financial/ Budgeting
- Provides inputs for Operating Revenue budget based on projected completions for the year.
- Conducts regular clean-up of sales backlog to eliminate dead, cancelled, discontinued contracts in line with Group Norms
- Manages monthly financial closing process to ensure compliance with the stated internal controls

Black Economic Empowerment
- Co-ordinates the appointment, training and support of subcontractors to ensure that the company achieves maximum points with regards to Supplier and enterprise development
