Project Manager – Engineer (East Rand)
R 420K per annum

The primary objective for this position is to manage the delivery of projects through the complete lifecycle from objective, project planning, project managements through to execution for. This will include ensuring that projects are delivered on time measured against business & technical requirements and within budget.

Experience:
• Btech /BSc/BEng Degree with 2 - 5 years' working experience in projects with knowledge of end to end Supply Chain
• Track record of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment
• Experience of successfully engaging senior management and groups of stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Programme Management, e.g. MSP, Prince2 and Project Management tools & Methodologies
• Experience of managing business change

Key responsibilities:
• Operations Planning and Process Engineering
• Able to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Managed Projects of cross-divisional teams
• Tasked to identify opportunities/develop action plans to reduce costs
• Improve efficiencies throughout the organisation’s Value Chain
• Prepare, analyze and monitor long and short term project plans
• Devise customised plans for business requirements to open and expand markets
• Determination and focus to drive projects and implement them effectively
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates
• Controls project costs
• Compile and maintain project documentation
