Post Graduate Degree in Accounting or equivalent
msCOA - Municipal Standard chart of Accountants
1 year contract starting April 18
Drivers License & own vehicle
Excellent communication skills: Verbal & written

Areas if expertise
Demonstrated 5 years financial Engagement experience in Local Government
Demonstrated 1 year experience in implementation of msCOA at Municipalities and/or Municipal entities
Demonstrated understanding of GRAP and its implementation in Local Government
Demonstrated ability to transfer skill within organisations
Demonstrated ability to conduct presentations
