Motivate and encourage project teams for successful results
Must provide sufficient resourcing
Must provide effective financial controlling principles for the managing and planning if the project
Cost budgeting such as estimation of costs, setting a fixed budget, managing the actual costs (compared to the estimated ones).
Project Management of infrastructure projects
Prepare tenders and the proposals for infrastructure projects
Ensuring client satisfaction
Managing the accounts receivable and working in progress (unbilled hours)
Ensuring quality and efficient performance
Closeout of Contract Approval Reviews
Monitor and control risk
Minimum Requirements
Must have 8 - 10 years experience in Project Management experience in Engineering and Construction
BSc or BEng Civil Engineering
Professionally registered with ECSA as a PrEng (Civil)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
