An authorised financial services provider with international platform is searching for a
Senior Project Manager to lead, organise, plan and control multiple IS projects, to ensure the successful completion of specific, large and high-risk projects.
Responsibilities:- Ensure that project goals and objectives are achieved within the overall scope and that project deliverables are within the agreed time frame, cost and as per defined and expected quality.
- Coordinate and conduct activities with the main stakeholders in order to obtain information and decisions required to draw up and maintain the project planning documents
- Maintain all project related documents
- Management of project risks
- Scope change control
- Produce and maintain the documents and status reports:
- Project Exception Log (Issues, Change requests, Decision, Action logs)
- Project status reports
- Meeting agendas and minutes
- Risk log
- Draw up the Close Out document and Post implementation review
- Lead, mentor, guide and manage the project resources & project team
Qualifications and Experience:Essential:
- Project Management qualification or Business degree with PM Topic
- PMI accreditation
- Programme qualification or Honours Degree
- Minimum 8 years’ experience managing IS projects in a corporate systems development environment
- Agile methodology experience
Knowledge:
- Project Management
- SDLC
- Agile
- Waterfall methodologies
Technologies & Technical Skills:
- MS Office, Office Suite, MS Project and Enterprise PM tools
- Business Writing skills
- Group facilitation and presentation skills
- Organising and planning
