An authorised financial services provider with international platform is searching for a Senior Project Manager to lead, organise, plan and control multiple IS projects, to ensure the successful completion of specific, large and high-risk projects.
 
Responsibilities:

• Ensure that project goals and objectives are achieved within the overall scope and that project deliverables are within the agreed time frame, cost and as per defined and expected quality.
• Coordinate and conduct activities with the main stakeholders in order to obtain information and decisions required to draw up and maintain the project planning documents
• Maintain all project related documents 
• Management of project risks
• Scope change control
• Produce and maintain the documents and status reports:
  • Project Exception Log (Issues, Change requests, Decision, Action logs) 
  • Project status reports
  • Meeting agendas and minutes
  • Risk log
• Draw up the Close Out document and Post implementation review
• Lead, mentor, guide and manage the project resources & project team

 
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:

• Project Management qualification or Business degree with PM Topic
• PMI accreditation
• Programme qualification or Honours Degree
• Minimum 8 years’ experience managing IS projects in a corporate systems development environment
• Agile methodology experience

 
Knowledge:

• Project Management
• SDLC
• Agile
• Waterfall methodologies

 
Technologies & Technical Skills:

• MS Office, Office Suite, MS Project and Enterprise PM tools
• Business Writing skills
• Group facilitation and presentation skills
• Organising and planning
