The purpose of the job is the planning, organizing, scheduling and integrating of resources and activities on the turret assembly project to ensure successful completion within time, cost and quality requirements, all within the boarder guidelines of Company Policies and Code of Conduct.

PURPOSE OF JOB

The planning, organizing, scheduling and integrating of resources and activities on the turret assembly project to ensure successful completion within time, cost and quality requirements, all within the boarder guidelines of Company Policies and Code of Conduct.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Manage the turret assembly project (and all its interdependencies with other project) with the production environment.
Compiling a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the project.
Planning and scheduling activities and resources on the project.
Integrating all activities as required on the project (product support, assembly, texting, and industrialization).
Managing the execution of all activities as planned according to the project schedule.
Providing status feedback with regards to the technical and financial progress.
Identifying and documenting risks.
Establishing and managing nodes on the Company Management Information System.
Integrating and technically supporting the Assembly, Procurement and Engineering function of the project.
Controlling, monitoring and rescheduling of activities on the project.
Manage all planning and project management activities related to the turret assembly project within the Production Environment.

CRITICAL SKILLS

Good technical skills.
Acknowledged Project management Training (PMP, Prince II).
Good knowledge of PS Next Sciforma and Qmuzik an advantage.
Knowledge and experience in use of project Management tools.
Adequate technical knowledge and design experience to undertake Project Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification.
Project Management qualification or equivalent.
Minimum four years’ experience in technical environment.
Minimum four years’ experience as a Project Manager.
Ability to work and communicate with people on all level of the organization.
Ability to work in a team.
