A Leading Engineering Firm is looking for a Project Manager with at list 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager.BEE Candidate.

OUTPUTS

Managing the main contract between the Client and Contractor. Typical contracts utilized are FIDIC and NEC type contracts.
Managing all the Sub-Contractors and associated Sub Contract agreements.
Enforcing HSE standards and regulations.
Planning, implementation and monitoring of the projects works program.
Critical path analysis
Project evaluation, identifying and revising the project risk portfolio.
Project scope, ensuring no gold plating. The Candidate will be required to identify all variation orders and contractual claims.
Project cost, ensuring no cost over runs
Project time line, ensuring no project delays

REQUIREMENTS

Electrical Engineering Degree (BSc or B-Tech)
8 -10 years of Project management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification shall be beneficial.
Proven exposure to project management and electrical systems.
Hands on knowledge of QA systems, best practice management, safety standards and ISO requirements
Proven exposure to claims and variation preparation and submissions.
Proven leadership skills and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
Effective communication at all levels
Working outside of South Africa for the project duration will be required
