Details:
A project manager is needed to grow a new community development project to a stage where it runs itself. The project is based in Westbury, Johannesburg, and focuses on Maternal and Child Health in the community. The intern will work with a group of 13 volunteers who will assist with the field work.

The intern's main responsibilities will include:
• Managing, motivating, training and developing the volunteers
• Establishing positive stakeholder relationships with community partners
• Growing and transforming the project to meet community needs
• Advising volunteers on health issues
• Advocating for primary health care in the community.

Requirements: University Degree Medicine/health science/ nursing
