SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
· Matric Certificate

· Minimum 1 years retail experience

· Minimum 3 years’ Project Management experience

· CAD Experience is an advantage

· A Valid Driver’s License

· A good track record of relationship building skills

· Able to read and understand Shopping Centre plans

· Council knowledge

· Financial and business understanding

· High level of computer literacy

· Good knowledge of store operations

· Able to work independently
