Project Manager with technical background and property management experience to manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial and residential buildings. Applicant must have experience in maintenance and refurbishment of buildings including provision of building services and maintenance and enhancement of such services. Must have experience in managing contractors and ensuring quality control and must be able to read understand and contribute to architectural drawings and building plans.Good communicator with initiative own transport & computer skills.Salary R700 – 800k pa depending on experience.
