Project Manager required for a 3 year contract for projects in Joburg & Pretoria. Requirements: BSc Civil / Construction Management / BSc Land and Property development; Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 3-5 years project management experience in the subsidised to middle income housing market; Good knowledge of the housing code, DOHS subsidy project application process, NHBRC requirements, PDA process and GCC, NEC and JBCC forms of contract would be advantageous. Candidate must be registered with a statutory body recognised under the built environments act, or in the process of obtaining registration; Have experience in facilitation of the statutory housing development planning process and approvals; Have experience in Quality assurance and management of subsidized top structure construction
