Senior Project Manager (Sprinkler)

We are looking for an Experience Senior Sprinkler Project Manager, with at least 5 years’ experience in Sprinkler installations. It will also be beneficial for the right candidate to have a proven Understanding of Suppression and Sprinkler Systems. The ideal Candidate will be managing specific Installation Projects assigned to him. Oversee the Technicians, Installation Fitters and General Labourers at the site and he will ensure the entire installation process is done flawlessly.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven history on a Large/Mega Project Site with strict Health & Safety application
• At least 5 years vast experience in Sprinkler installations
• Good planning and organizing of tasks and Projects
• Strong problem solving skills
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Self-motivated, ambitious, interactive & detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Works productively in a pressurized environment
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Promote teamwork
• Understand fire protection installation requirements
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• High pressure handling ability
• Proven Management of Installation Teams

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant College Education & Matric Certificate with System specific Certification
• Intermediate to advance user on MS Word, Excel & MS Projects
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Sprinkler Site Manager / Forman
• Proven ability to Manage Documentation & Reporting
