We’re delivering ambitious projects with partners such as the University of Oxford, DeVry University, and INSEAD through our embedded partnership with Instructure. We are experiencing an exciting period of growth, having secured recent investment and several significant client wins.
We need you:
We're seeking a Project Manager with a special cocktail of skills. For this role, you must be passionate about people and forging strong, long-lasted relationships - both with your client stakeholders and with your coworkers, who sit in offices around the globe. You should be extremely detail-oriented, and enjoy process so much that when there isn't a process, you take pride in creating one. We expect you to be both fiercely independent and deeply collaborative - you must be able to work hard without oversight and communicate early and often with your project teams.
Experience in the higher education industry or as a teacher is a huge bonus, especially if you have worked with Canvas learning management system. You must be willing to travel, sometimes for extended periods, to be successful in this role.
Deliver projects on time and within budget
Continuously improve upon your deliverables
Present regular reports on client accounts to management team
Drive improvement in delivery effectiveness and efficiency
Managing key client accounts:
Partner with a portfolio of global clients
Manage the seamless delivery of our products and exceptional client service
Prepare regular reports on account status and manage project budgets
Drive further business opportunities with existing partners
Support business development:
Collaborate with sales team to identify and drive opportunities
Work with the management team on strategic projects and improvement initiatives
Support sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
Study competition to find new ways to attract and retain clients
Represent Construct at conferences, events or other marketing opportunities
You’ll need to be good at:
People management, especially with a global project team
Developing trusted advisor relationships
Juggling multiple projects at a time
Maintaining a sharp attention to detail
Driving continuous improvement in the quality of products and service
Understanding of Canvas LMS or willingness to learn
