Own Vehicle and valid driver’s license required
Administrator for the IT Treasury team, working out of Randburg mostly but also travelling to other offices in Sandton and Jhb CBD
Candidate will be responsible for:
Meeting scheduling, coordination of diaries, booking of venues and dial ins etc
Collating and distribution of monthly management reporting including taking minutes, putting packs together and consolidating and sourcing updated financials from the various Project Managers in the treasury space
Minor projects end to end management [ie a mini Project Manager]
Tech: MS excel and pivot tables, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MW Projects, Jira
Knowledge of treasury or banking environment highly recommended
Able to work with multiple stakeholders in fast paced environment
