MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Develop and sustain long term/Short term relationships with contracted clients,by managing the clients

expectations and queries on an ongoing basis. Provide in-office support, by obtaining information across various departments, consolidation and compilation of client proposals.

MAIN OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THIS JOB

Activities should be written with sufficient level of detail as to describe the work performed.

Manage Service level agreement of contracted clients by meeting with the clients on a regular basis. Meeting minutes to be kept on record.

Manage customer liaison process and obtaining relevant information in accordance to the Customer Information Forms

Manage the project sales office in the absence of the Projeect Sales Manager when he is travelling, at appointment or on leave.

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations. Keep Project sales team updated on all client problems.

Manage contract anniversaries and renewal processes.

Set up appointments and manage the new leads register

Manage the project sales and contracts master database.
Responsible for understanding the client’s organization & structure, knowing

the Client’s product/services and staying aware of Client news and changes.

To provide inter-departmental support and be the liaison to the Project Sales Department.

Responsible to survey market against competitors activities, products and prices.Facilitate client training on the client site on emergency protocol.

Circulate quarterly newsletters to contracted clients.

3 years Middle management experience

3 years Understanding and experience with service industry

Medical Assistance industry is highly advantageous
