Project/Process Engineer (Rosslyn) R40 000 EE Position

Matric, a National Diploma in Engineering and good PC literacy in MSOffice and AutoCAD and a minimum of 6-8 years working experience within a production/projects environment from automotive industry essential. You must be able to plan, lead organise and control all staff and activities under your control during the entire project time from initiation to start of production. Able to reach project milestones, conduct project phase reviews, create the original BOM structure and material usage for projects as well as update and optimize the BOM structure in accordance with ECR’s. Good communication skills to liaise with customer, supplier and service providers as well as internal departments. Develop and industrialization of new projects, capacity planning, method improvement, set-up standard times, implement line balancing, process flow, all engineering and technical documentation updates, implement productivity improvement programs etc.
