Qualification:

Bachelor of Accounting / BCom or similar

SAIPA / SAICA articles (Essential)



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Accounting

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounting

Strong MS Excel skills

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Deadline driven



Job Description:

Excellent collection of debtors.

Strong experience in payment requisitions.

Supplier and balance sheet reconciliations.

Tenant billing.

Monthly cash flow preparation.

Month-end reporting.

VAT reconciliations.
