Introduction:

Our client is looking to secure the permanent services of a Property Lending Consultant at its Johannesburg office.

Minimum Requirements:

Bsc Property Studies with Honours, Or B Comm/Financial Qualification with Honours, preferably with an appropriate financial background;

The ideal candidate must have between 3 and 5 years’ experience.

Job Specification:

The primary job purpose is to source, analyse and structure commercial property lending transactions. The role will be client facing i.e. meeting with clients and being involved in negotiations and structuring of transactions as well as the management of the existing portfolio (essentially income generating / monitoring). All suitably qualified and experienced candidates are invited to apply for this vacancy. This role is only open to candidates who are eligible to work in South Africa.

Job Specification and Responsibilities:

Source new business and lending clients;
Manage and grow existing client relationships;
Manage and maintain existing loan book;
Client administration;
Manage strategic internal relationships; and
FICA and other compliance related issues
