International PQS firm is urgently looking for a Senior QS for a Director role for their Durban based office. Preference will be given to BEE candidates for this position.

Requirements:
• 10 years + experience in a Professional Quantity Surveying Firm (Client facing & management)
• Must be Professionally Registered with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (PrQS)
• BSc or BTech Quantity Surveying
• Preferably experience working on Public and Private Commercial Projects

The scope of work may include working on a variety of commercial, infrastructure, residential and industrial projects. The incumbent will also take a senior role in running the office and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Further to this a large portion of responsibility will be placed on tendering for new works and maintaining relations with existing Clients. Partnership will be offered to the right candidate.
