A private facility in the Overberg Region of Cape Town seeks a Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join its 28 bedded Dual Diagnosis Unit. The unit consists of Psychiatric disorders and Chemical Dependency patients. It is up to the RN to take on full patient care within the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

This 28 bedded hospital consist of cases such as;
General psychiatry (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
Substance addiction.
RN will be dealing with acute psychiatric patients.

Applicants must have:

• Registered Nurse with General Nursing & Psychiatry – 4 yrs Diploma or B.Cur Degree.
• Post basic in Psychiatry will be advantageous.
• Preferably experienced in Psychiatry but not absolute necessity
• Must be able to work shifts.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans & English due to the location in Worcester
